My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and transportation hubs. However, the room we initially received was misleading, leading us to pay extra to upgrade to a bigger room.

The location was perfect for city exploration and quiet relaxation, although improvements in certain areas were noted. The dining experience was enjoyable within the hotel premises. The hotel rooms had everything you could need for a weekend away and were well-appointed, clean, and quiet. However, they had dirty glassware with red wine stains still in and around the glasses, and there was an excruciating noise all night long from the air-conditioner or compressors. The service was a mix of being very friendly upon arrival after a 24-hour flight but showing no empathy or understanding when issues arose. The location was fantastic for the work symposium at the Convention Centre but had a bad experience this time. Dining at the adjacent restaurant was very enjoyable, especially on Friday morning.
