However, they had dirty glassware with red wine stains still in and around the glasses, and there was an excruciating noise all night long from the air-conditioner or compressors. The service was a mix of being very friendly upon arrival after a 24-hour flight but showing no empathy or understanding when issues arose. The location was fantastic for the work symposium at the Convention Centre but had a bad experience this time. Dining at the adjacent restaurant was very enjoyable, especially on Friday morning.
